Topic: Here is another way to use the AB=CD Pattern. The Butterfly Pattern is a Powerful reversal pattern. This pattern must have an AB=CD pattern in it. This pattern is what we refer to as an “Extension” pattern. Come learn how to identify the structure of this pattern and see examples in several time frames.
This pattern forms in all markets and on all time frames and can be a very powerful reversal pattern. Traders of futures, commodities, stocks, ETF’s and options can use this pattern.

This pattern has been forming since charts were first used in trading. It is considered by some to be an ideal pattern for traders to study and learn and can be used in most markets and time frames.
